Privacy Policy

The terms used in this privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") and starting with a capital letter have the meaning given to them in Article 6 below.

The Privacy Policy governs the relationship between the Company and Users who wish to use the services offered by the Platform, and, where applicable, the Partner Services, and complements the general terms of use of the Platform (the "General Terms of Use").


Every User, by accessing and using the Platform, declares to have read and expressly accepted the Privacy Policy without reservation and/or modification of any kind following their acceptance during registration, as indicated by checking the box "I acknowledge that I have read and accept the Platform's Privacy Policy and Partner Policies."

The User is expressly informed that the Privacy Policy incorporates by reference the data protection and cookie policies of Partners (together, the "Partner Policies"), which can be consulted through the links provided in Article 4 of the Privacy Policy, and that acceptance of the Privacy Policy implies acceptance of the Partner Policies.

The Privacy Policy, including the Partner Policies, is binding on Users from the moment of acceptance.


Protection of personal data

The Company (data controller) undertakes to comply with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on information technology, files, and freedoms in its latest version in force, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (together, the "Applicable Data Protection Regulation"), and to ensure compliance by its subcontractors with the Applicable Data Protection Regulation.

What personal data is collected?

As part of your registration on the Platform and your use of it, we may collect certain data directly from you through our mobile application for various purposes.

The information we may collect includes:

  • Your identity (name, first name, status).
  • Your contact information (email address, telephone number - mobile and/or landline, billing address).
  • Your photo.
  • In the case where the Platform is implemented within an office building, information related to your office (floor, number), position, function, service.
  • In the case where the Platform is implemented within a residential building, the door and/or room or apartment number.

For what purposes are this data used?

The Company processes your data for the following purposes:

  • Organizing a mobile service for building occupants.
  • Enhancing communication within the building.
  • Promoting the creation of a community.
  • Providing occupants with services offered by the Company or third-party providers.
  • Managing occupants' participation in events offered by the Company and/or within the building.
  • Ensuring better management of the building by the Company, including through management and usage statistics of the building and its services, satisfaction surveys, and an overview of services offered to occupants.
  • Managing user relationships and adapting the services offered.

Who are the recipients of User data?

Your personal data is processed by Company personnel. We ensure that only authorized individuals within the Company can access your personal data and only when necessary.

We may also communicate your personal data, as necessary for the operation of the Platform and the services offered through the Platform, to:

  • Affiliated entities of the Company.
  • Our subcontractors and providers, the Partners and their subcontractors.
  • Service providers ordered through the Platform.

The Company and its subcontractors may be required to disclose your data to authorities and legally authorized courts to comply with their legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

What security measures are in place?

The Company and its subcontractors have implemented reasonable security procedures and policies to protect personal data against any misuse, loss, alteration, or unauthorized destruction. Despite all efforts by the Company and its subcontractors, absolute protection against all threats cannot be guaranteed.

The Company strives to ensure that access to users' personal data is limited to those who need to know it. Individuals with access to the data are required to treat it confidentially.

The servers used to host the Platform are located in Europe and hosted by leading cloud providers. The services of these cloud providers offer multiple levels of replication and security to ensure maximum availability and a strong guarantee of data protection.

Access to personal data is restricted to individuals who need it for the operation, development, or monitoring of the Platform and associated services. These individuals are contractually bound to confidentiality and are subject to disciplinary and/or contractual sanctions if confidentiality is breached.

Users' personal data is retained only for the duration of their Account's activation and up to 3 months after its deletion by an Occupant, Manager, or the Company, or up to 1 month after Users request the erasure of their data.

What are the legal bases for processing your data?

The Company processes your personal data:

  • For the execution of the contract between you and the Company, to manage your access to your Account, as well as for the processing and monitoring of your use of the application.
  • Based on its legitimate interest in organizing and managing services made available to building occupants.
  • When you have given us your consent to process your data.

How long do we retain your data?

Unless there are legal constraints, your personal data is retained for the duration of your registration on the Platform.

Can my data be transferred outside of the European Union?

In exceptional cases and solely for the proper functioning of the Platform and associated services, your data may be subject to a transfer outside of the European Union. Any such transfer is carried out with appropriate guarantees, including contractual, technical, and organizational measures, and in compliance with applicable regulations.

How to exercise your rights?

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, Users have the right to object, access, rectify, port, delete, and object to the processing of their data at any time.

When using the Platform, certain technical data ("cookies") may be recorded for access or use of the Platform. The Company processes this technical data completely anonymously, not associating it with any information that could identify the User and not transmitting it to third parties.

When Users use the Platform, certain cookies are not stored by us but by third-party partners, as specified in Article 4 below.

It is important to note that any settings that Users may undertake may affect their browsing experience on the Platform and their access conditions to certain services that require the use of cookies. If Users refuse to store these cookies on their device or delete those that are stored, they may no longer benefit from certain functionalities necessary for the operation of the Platform.


The Partner Policies, which include the data protection and cookie policies of Partners, can be accessed through the links below. Any User accessing Partner Services through the Platform is subject to the Partner Policies.

Some Partners store cookies, for example, to integrate certain features or modules of Partner Services into the Platform. Neither the Company nor its subcontractors are responsible for cookies stored by these Partners or the use of data collected by them
