The User is expressly informed that the Privacy Policy incorporates by reference the data protection and cookie policies of Partners (together, the "Partner Policies"), which can be consulted through the links provided in Article 4 of the Privacy Policy, and that acceptance of the Privacy Policy implies acceptance of the Partner Policies.
The Privacy Policy, including the Partner Policies, is binding on Users from the moment of acceptance.
The Company (data controller) undertakes to comply with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on information technology, files, and freedoms in its latest version in force, and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (together, the "Applicable Data Protection Regulation"), and to ensure compliance by its subcontractors with the Applicable Data Protection Regulation.

The servers used to host the Platform are located in Europe and hosted by leading cloud providers. The services of these cloud providers offer multiple levels of replication and security to ensure maximum availability and a strong guarantee of data protection.
Access to personal data is restricted to individuals who need it for the operation, development, or monitoring of the Platform and associated services. These individuals are contractually bound to confidentiality and are subject to disciplinary and/or contractual sanctions if confidentiality is breached.
Users' personal data is retained only for the duration of their Account's activation and up to 3 months after its deletion by an Occupant, Manager, or the Company, or up to 1 month after Users request the erasure of their data.

In exceptional cases and solely for the proper functioning of the Platform and associated services, your data may be subject to a transfer outside of the European Union. In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, Users have the right to object, access, rectify, port, delete, and object to the processing of their data at any time.

If you believe that the Company has infringed your privacy in any way, you can first notify us via email at welcome@savviva.be. We will make every effort to address allegations of violation. If mutual consent cannot be reached, you may contact the Data Protection Commission for further information.
When using the Platform, certain technical data ("cookies") may be recorded for access or use of the Platform. The Company processes this technical data completely anonymously, not associating it with any information that could identify the User and not transmitting it to third parties.
